This is an official "acetate" promo CD-R given out before the official CD-Single release, presumably to DJ's or radio stations, etc.
This has the exact same contents as the CD1 edition of the single.
The CD-R should come in a clear sleeve with a printed paper insert detailing the artist, title, label, and cat.# along with the tracklisting and running times. The CD-R also has that same information printed on the CD-R (which otherwise does not have a label).
Since it's impossible to tell when the CD was made, the CD-Single release date will be used here instead.
