海堂（暂译，ズミ，Siebold）是卡洛斯地区的四天王，专长属性为水系。

在《精灵宝可梦 X·Y》中，海堂不仅作为卡洛斯地区四天王之一登场，同时他也是一名出色的大厨，追求宝可梦对战的艺术形态。
在游戏中被一名女士指出，他偶尔会为石榴和仙苣准备餐点。
